The Magnus Cathedral was never finished and has stood open to the weather for six hundred years. Beside it, the Roykstovan farmhouse has been occupied by the same family for seventeen generations.
The walk from Tórshavn over the old postal route is one of the few genuine hikes reachable without a car.
