BEST Travel has not launched. What you are looking at is a preview build of the interface, and this page describes what that means for your data.

Right now, nothing is collected

The early-access form on this site is not connected to a server. If you type your email address into it, the value stays in your own browser for as long as the page is open and is discarded when you refresh or close the tab. It is not transmitted, stored, or shared with anyone.

The app preview uses example data

Weather, places, trips and Nora’s replies in the app preview are fixed examples written to show how BEST will work. They are not live conditions and should not be used to plan real travel. Nothing you do in the preview is recorded.

When the waitlist goes live

Once early access opens properly, the form will start storing the email address you give us. At that point we will use it for one thing:

• Telling you when BEST is ready for you to try.
• Occasional practical island notes while you plan, if you have asked for them.

No advertising, no selling or sharing your address, and an unsubscribe link in every message. This page will be updated with the specifics — who operates the service, where the data is held, and how to have it deleted — before any address is actually stored.

This is a pre-launch notice for a prototype, not a finished legal policy. It will be replaced before BEST handles anyone’s data.
